A chest x-ray will be performed on
each employee by a technician licensed by the American Registration of
Radiological Technolgist (ARRT), as well as state licensed.

On-site 90 second x-ray film
processing is utilized.
|
| 3. |
300 MA x-ray units are utilized to
decrease employee exposure to radiation exposure.
|
| 4. |
All chest x-rays are reviewed by a
board certified "B" Reader Radiologist.
|
| 5. |
The results of the testing will be
supplied in the following formats and will contain the following:
| a. |
A "B" Reader form for each
employee will be provided |
| b. |
A management summary report listing
in alphabetical order all employees and the interpretation of the x-ray. | |
