Hazard Communication, Right-To-Know, and HAZWOPER

Develop and implement complete Hazard Communication and Right-To-Know Programs to fulfill SHA, EPA, State , and local requirements.
Audit, evaluate, and/or inventory chemical uses at client facilities.
Evaluate, interpret, and critique Material Safety Data Sheets received from manufactures or vendors. Note: We currently have more than 15,000 MSDS's on file, representing a vast collection of chemicals used by our clients.
Develop Material Safety Data Sheets for chemicals produced by our clients.
Prepare SARA Title III (EPCRA) reports to meet EPA and State requirements.
Provide and maintain computer based data sets to abstract and manage chemical inventory and MSDS information.
Develop and conduct hazard communication training programs for management, supervision, and worker groups.
Evaluate laboratory operations and develop Chemical Hygiene Plans and training programs for these operations.
Provide hazard evaluation of Hazardous Waste Operations. Develop protection and training programs. Provide HAZWOPER training.
